Owen Milburn is an artist and university student based in Criccieth, North Wales. Having grown up in Moscow, Russia, he spent most of his life surrounded by various forms of art, including Soviet architecture, sculpted statues of famous people throughout the city, and well-known galleries, including the New Tretyakov Gallery, where he would find inspiration for the work that he creates.

His contemporary art works are becoming more popular in the North Wales region. His style predominantly revolves around psychology and how there is always more to someone than meets the eye. In addition, Owen also has a history of creating pop art, and he has been commissioned by Criccieth Council and the David Lloyd George Museum to paint portraits of the Welsh Prime Minister this year.
